Engagement Ring FAQs
How long does it take to make a custom engagement ring?
Once you approve the 3D CAD model, the casting, setting, and polishing process takes between 1 and 2 weeks. If you are on a tight timeline, contact us and we can expedite the project.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. All our natural and lab-grown diamonds of significant size come with independent certification reports from the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or IGI (International Gemological Institute).
Can you use gold or stones from an old family ring?
Absolutely. We specialize in resetting heirloom diamonds and melting down family gold to create a new custom piece while retaining the sentimental value.
